Full-chain in-house Production
Vision boasts approximately 10,000 square meters of production and warehousing space, possessing mature mass production capabilities. The factory currently has about 60 sets of various production and supporting equipment. Through its own production equipment and mature production management system, we can better control product dimensions, structural matching, appearance quality, production efficiency, and delivery cycle.
Through internal production and supply chain collaboration, we can simultaneously meet diverse needs, including sample development, small-batch trial orders, regular bulk procurement, and large-volume long-term orders.
  • Mold making
    The factory independently develops molds and performs injection molding, enabling precise control of product dimensional tolerances.
  • Injection Process
    Precision injection molding process ensures stable product dimensions and high degree of assembly compatibility between components.
  • Assembly Process
    Optimized structural design ensures smooth glue dispensing and reliable sealing, making it compatible with various fluid adhesives.

Integrated manufacturing and trading model, with in-house control over the entire production process, eliminating reliance on outsourcing.
