Supplier management → Raw material inspection → First article confirmation → In-process inspection → Finished product inspection → Outgoing inspection → Anomaly handling → Root cause analysis → Corrective and preventive actions.
Through our mature production management system, we are able to better control product dimensions, structural matching, appearance quality, production efficiency, and delivery cycle.
To ensure batch consistency, we have established a multi-stage inspection process from raw materials to finished products.
● Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Inspects raw materials, purchased components, colors, specifications, and critical dimensions.
● First Article Inspection (FAI): Confirms the product's appearance, dimensions, structure, and key functions before formal production.
● In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Conducts sampling at a prescribed frequency during production to monitor critical dimensions and production status.
● Functional Testing: Performs the following tests depending on the product: Assembly test, Sealing test, Push-pull test, Matching test, Leakage test, Mixing/glue discharge test, Interface matching test
● Finished Product Quality Control (FQC): Confirms the appearance, quantity, specifications, and functions of the product before packaging.
● Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): Rechecks the product model, quantity, packaging, labeling, and any special customer requirements before shipment.
