    Upon receiving physical samples or adhesive samples from clients, the engineering team conducts comprehensive disassembly and physicochemical analysis.
    This includes testing the sample material, structural tolerances, sealing performance, and fluid compatibility, while also evaluating key parameters of the client's adhesive such as viscosity, curing rate, and filler content.

    Mold design and manufacturing based on finalized 3D drawings.

    We use professional 3D modeling software to complete the full set of 3D model drawings for the product, design and process the molds according to the final 3D drawings, select mold steel that is compatible with plastic raw materials, and refine the machining of cavities, runners and cooling systems.

    Trial production and prototyping will commence after the mold trial production is completed.

    Samples are made, completely replicating the product molding and assembly processes, producing physical prototypes, and delivered to the customer. Full-dimensional inspection is performed on the prototype samples.
    This ensures that the finished product tolerances are within the design limits and guarantees smooth assembly and good interchangeability between glue cartridges, mixing tubes, and glue guns.
