Static Mixing Nozzle

Static Mixing Nozzles use internal mixing elements to repeatedly split and recombine two-component materials as they flow through the nozzle, without a powered mixing mechanism inside the nozzle.
Available configurations support different mixing ratios, cartridge systems, connection types, lengths, and outlet designs.
They are suitable for compatible adhesive dispensing applications in automotive assembly, construction bonding, industrial manufacturing, and electronics potting. Samples and OEM/ODM options are available for project evaluation.
