Partial or complete potting of power boards, driver boards, and control motherboards. Two-component epoxy, polyurethane, and silicone potting compounds are filled into matching cartridges and used with a static mixing tube to ensure precise resin-to-hardener ratio and uniform mixing. Precise dispensing reduces air bubbles, and after curing, a protective layer is formed that is moisture-proof, dust-proof, insulating, and resists vibration and temperature shocks, protecting circuit components.

Encapsulation of BMS (Battery Management System) modules, energy storage control units, and inverter electronic components. High and low-temperature-resistant, flame-retardant two-component adhesive with matching cartridges and mixing tubes, meeting high safety requirements and suitable for mass-production assembly and laboratory sample testing.
